I also have qualifications in Mindfulness, Dry Needling, Sports Tapping & Strapping, Aromatherapy, Coaching, and Auricular Acupuncture to name a few.

We offer mobile service, of on field/pitch side care and standard treatments clinic focused on soft tissue injury's in Battlebridge Roscommon .

Different techniques used are, Remedial/Sports/Deep Tissue massage, Trigger point, Soft tissue release and, Muscle energy techniques.

Combined rehabilitating programs using Taping and Strapping, Massage, Pilates exercises, and muscle conditioning to name a few.
