My treatment with Louise was amazing.. had incredible benefits as I suffer from Cervical Dystonia and disc issues.. have tried multiple treatments in the past but none of them gave me the pain relief and mobility that I got after the Deep Tissue Massage from Louise .. I just have to recommend Louise for the wonderful deep tissue massage treatment on my neck and shoulders, found great relief and well be back, she is amazing

I was having very bad trouble with my knee for a couple of months which was effecting my training and preparation for competition. Visited Louise and after a thorough examination she gave me a few exercises to loosen the muscles around my knee. After 1 week I felt a big improvement and after 3 weeks the pain has gone completely. You can tell she really loves what she does. Highly recommended.

I went to Louise with severe back and hip pain and severely restricted movement. I honestly thought it would take weeks and weeks to fix and would have to take very strong pain medication something I really did not want to do. I was very distressed by the level of pain. After the first appointment I had one day with an improvement. The following day I was quite active and the pain came back and I thought that was it, I'm in serious trouble. After the second appointment I cannot believe the improvement. Although I'm not out of the woods yet, I can go about my day, (avoiding lifting anything heavy) and can move almost normally again. The pain has gone from 10 out of 10 down to about 1 out of 10. I cannot recommend Louise highly enough'

I've seen Louise twice now, and she has exceeded my expectations both times. Prior to my latest appointment I had intense pain in my right ankle and painful muscle tension all up my right leg, making walking excruciating. Louise massaged all the tension away , easing up the pressure on my ankle, and then taped my ankle for ongoing support. She has also shown me exercises to do to address the issues. Three days later, I am still pain-free and able to walk normally again. Louise really listens closely to both what you say and what your body tells her, and pulls out all the stops to resolve whatever problems there are. I highly recommend her.

I visited Louise after having a bad crick in my neck and shoulder for almost two weeks. She focused on the area, and although it was painful at the time, it's completely eased since. She was fantastic at talking me through what she was doing, and gave some great tips on how to prevent the pain coming on again, and what to do if it did.
